These Terms form an agreement between you and Crowdx Media Limited (“SpinParty Vibez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, completing registration, or opening a game, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
2. Free social casino service only
SpinParty Vibez provides original casino-style games using virtual demo credits for entertainment only. The website does not offer or promote real-money gambling.
There are no deposits, purchases, in-app purchases, wagers, withdrawals, cash prizes, merchandise, services, sweepstakes entries, or other prizes of real-world value. Demo credits cannot be purchased, transferred, sold, or redeemed.
Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.
3. Eligibility and state availability

4. Registration and promotional consent

6. Original games
The current game library is created for and hosted on SpinParty Vibez. It does not link to external social casinos or real-money gambling operators. We may add, remove, or update games.
7. Intellectual property
The SpinParty Vibez name, website, original game names, original artwork, code, and written content are protected by applicable law. Access is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
8. Availability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of a game.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpinParty Vibez and its officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the website. Nothing excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
